Great idea! We always end up chucking takeaway chips and it really annoys me.

Going patatas bravas or the fritata all the way next time.

Btw I always grill my omelette in the pan and so far the pans held up fine. I love crisping off the cheese on top! Don't think I'd risk putting it in the oven though.
