Don&#039;t forget fruit juice, it&#039;s an obvious one as it&#039;s so sweet but most people automatically think it&#039;s healthy when in reality it&#039;s laced with sugar!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can vouch for the less tired and more energy aspect. It really makes a big difference, even if you only cut down on the sugar and about the processed crap. I still eat fruit, dried fruit and give in to the occasional cake. Oh and a few refined or wholemeal grains as well. Just cutting out cakes sweets and crisps will put you ahead of 95% of people]]></description>
